Do you coach in person?

No, only via video. The quality of listening is equal and it allows us to work with expat executives, travelers, or remote workers. Face-to-face is useful for networking; it isn't for transition coaching.

Is it covered by the French CPF training fund?

No. We chose not to be CPF-eligible to preserve confidentiality and freedom of speech in session. Self-funded. If €2,500 is a hard stop, it's probably not the right time — come back when it is.

What's the difference with a competency assessment?

An assessment documents your past. TRAVERS-C builds your next step. The two can complement each other — but they don't address the same moment of the trajectory.

What if I'm not sure I want to leave?

CARTO is made for that. You leave with a precise reading of your situation, with no further commitment. Many of our clients start there.

Can my employer fund it?

No. The coaching is confidential by design — self-funded. That's the condition for freedom of speech in session.

Why an application process?

Because we practice part-time and we select the cases we can best serve. We respond to all requests. We don't take every case.

In English or Spanish?

Yes. The entire offering exists in French, English and Spanish, with the same method and framework.
